Birth Belongs To Women works with a print provider that is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means that there are no returns or exchanges. 

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, our provider offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team at support@birthbelongstowomen.com to submit a claim for a damaged or misprinted item. To make things faster, submit with your order number and name and a photo of damage/error.

Please note that our provider will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, a partial refund will be issued.

Items are shipped via USPS Standard Shipping. There will be a tracking number attached to your order once it is processed and made that will be provided to you for your connivence.
